Duties of the Financial Affairs Department:
Organizing and managing the accounting and financial work of the university to achieve its objectives in coordination with the university administration and other sub-departments in the implementation of the financial and accounting policies and procedures per the recognized accounting principles and concepts.
Providing data, information, and financial reports to make decisions appropriate to the University’s policies
Implementation of policies, procedures, and regulations related to the work of the university.
Preparing the university’s annual budget and its final accounts in coordination with the concerned administrative and academic units, supervising the implementation of appropriations, auditing revenue and expenditure accounts, preparing exchange documents, and all other financial transactions, and collecting fees for services performed by the university.
