    3. Quality assurance of performance in the University’s academic and administrative units, and design of reports including improvement plans.<\/h4><\/li>

    4. Following up the accreditation index for academic disciplines at the University based on academic accreditation criteria.<\/h4><\/li>

    5. Proposing new programs and supervising their initial accreditation by the Academic Accreditation Commission.<\/h4><\/li>

    6. Obtaining academic accreditation from the Academic Accreditation Commission of the Ministry of Education for all academic programs at the University.<\/h4><\/li>

    7. Obtaining international accreditation for selected academic programs at the University.<\/h4><\/li>

    8. Following up on the reports of the accreditation body issued after the visit and taking the necessary action.<\/h4><\/li>

    9. Upgrading the University’s status in the ranking of universities locally, regionally, and internationally.<\/h4><\/li>

    10. Providing the necessary training to the University’s academic and administrative staff.<\/h4><\/li>

    11. Implementing the University’s policies and aspirations to improve the academic staff\u2019s levels.<\/h4><\/li>

      Quality Assurance Department<\/strong><\/p>

      This department is responsible for monitoring and reviewing course file reports (CFRs) and program annual reports (PARs) for academic programs. It also evaluates learning outputs and oversees the academic accreditation process.<\/p>

      The most important tasks it does quarterly include:<\/p>

      • Measuring outputs for academic programs at the University.<\/li>
      • Designing and following Course File Reports (CFRs).<\/li>
      • Designing and follow-up of Program Annual Reports (PARs).<\/li>
      • Collecting Files<\/li>
      • Reviewing and evaluating performance.<\/li>
      • Reviewing achievements of PLOs.<\/li>
      • Implementing questionnaires and issuing reports.<\/li><\/ul>

        Institutional Research Department<\/strong><\/p>

        It is responsible for collecting and analyzing data and supporting the evaluation of academic programs with documents collected by the Quality Assurance Department.<\/p>

        The most important actions of this department include:<\/p>

        • Academic credits.<\/li>
        • Sending data quarterly to the Centre for Higher Education Data and Statistics (CHEDS).<\/li>
        • The Centre’s statistical book.<\/li>
        • The Centre’s annual report.<\/li><\/ul>
